GARDENING PARTY |
Mindful of its responsibility to keep the church grounds in good order, the PCC announces a working party on Saturday 17 March from 9am until 1pm when the willing volunteers will be treated to lunch - plenty of notice to maximise the attendance. Prior to this date we’ll be booking a skip to remove accumulated garden waste from the churchyard and the burial ground. Details of that day will be advertised in due course
|
FIF AGM |
Members of Forward in Faith Guildford will have had notice of this year’s Annual General Meeting at S. Augustine, Aldershot this Saturday 11 February (preceded by mass at 12 noon and then lunch) and are asked to respond using the slip they were sent. Observers are welcome to attend. Please speak to Fr Martyn to book in to the meeting and lunch.

CHRISM MASS |
The Bishop of Richborough, the Rt Rev’d Norman Banks, will be consecrating the Holy Oils and asking clergy to renew their priestly vows at Guildford Cathedral on Saturday 31 March. The Chrism Mass starts at 11am and we have arranged a coach to take us from Holy Trinity. The fare is £3 per person (under 18s free). Please book and pay (cash only) from today. Fr Martyn especially appreciates the support of parishioners and a good attendance on the day is a great encouragement to Bishop Norman and his ministry among us.
|
HAMS AGM |

MOTHERS’ UNION AGM |
Members are invited to the Annual Meeting on Monday 20 February, 8pm in Trinity Hall. Sue Evans will take your order for the Fish and Chip supper. We’ll be looking for a new Branch Leader and new Secretary, so enquiries and offers are welcomed. For more info, please speak to Glyni

LOOSE CHANGE JAR |
We need to get back to bringing our small coins with us Sunday by Sunday for our loose change jars. Although we have raised nearly £3,000 so far, it really ought to be rather higher by now. If we all brought 10p per week, we’d raise £500 per year, hardly a challenging target.
